Nets get huge road win
The Nets got a huge road win last night over the Oklahoma City Thunder by a score of 110-93. It was their biggest win of the year and the biggest win since P.J. Carlesimo. The Nets, like they have all year, blew a 23-point lead in the first half but managed to hold on for the win.
The game was tied at 85 late in the fourth quarter but the Nets closed the game out with a 25-8 run to end the game. The game marked the first time Kevin Durant was ever thrown out of a game as well. Joe Johnson had his best game as a Net with a game-high 33 points. Brook Lopez added 25 points.
The Nets improved to 17-15 on the season and 3-1 under Carlesimo. The Nets will be in action Friday night in Washington to take on the Wizards. The Wizards are currently 4-26 on the season. The Nets are in second place in the Atlantic Division as they trail the Knicks by 4.5 games.
