Must Win for Devils

The Devils play a must win game tonight in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference quarterfinals. They blew a 3-0 lead two nights ago and can ill afford to go down 3-1. As of yet, there has not been any word on who will be in goal tonight. Martin Brodeur got pulled in the 2nd period of the last game. Johan Hedberg played well in relief so we will have to see what Coach Peter DeBoer decides for tonight. The Panthers have announced that ex-Devil Scott Clemmensen will be in goal for them tonight.

They’ve played really well in the first period of games 1 and 3 scoring six goals in those two periods. It really doesn’t matter how they start as they have played poorly in the second period in basically all three games. I would almost rather see them get a 1-0 lead and play the trap like they did back in the day.

The game tonight is at 7:00 pm at the Rock.
